Dear Community Leader,
For some time, we have strived to increase the exposure of Northern Butler County for the good of our business owners, homeowners, and tax payers. We have grown and expanded our community events, invited new businesses to open, and created partnerships with our friends and neighbors to bring Slippery Rock and the surrounding area to new heights.
Now, I seek to take our community even higher. As such, I am writing to you as a leader and stakeholder in the Greater Slippery Rock and Northern Butler County areas.
Included in this message is a proposal for the addition of a colossal flag pole (130’ – 150’) with a 30’x60’ American Flag to the grounds of Slippery Rock Area Parks & Recreation.
The site will not only be home to a beautiful U.S. Flag but an aesthetic decoration that highlights and honors veterans and the many patriots who will contribute to making this project come to life.
As a community leader and stakeholder, I am reaching out to you for your help in this endeavor. Your expertise, networking skills, monetary support, and patriotism will be invaluable and priceless in the implementation of this project.
It is my hope that the completion of this project will serve to benefit the citizens of and visitors to Norther Butler County by serving as a moving patriotic tribute, tourism destination, and event site.
